Special for Bank Holiday Monday, May 29th – pack up the sandwiches and join us at the Case for a community picnic! We can’t offer a BBQ this time but we CAN offer
- music,
- a range of bar snacks
- our lovely garden to sit in,
- and of course the bar will be open from 12 with a great range of local beers and wines.
ENJOY SOME TIME RELAXING WITH FRIENDS. SEE YOU THERE!

24 7:30 pm: Book Group 24th September 2026 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm Regular group meeting to discuss the books the group are reading and to extend the range of genres and authors they are familiar with. The book group can usually arrange loan books through the county library, so you don’t have to buy every book ! For more information just come along to any meeting. More

26 10:00 am: Macmillan Coffee Morning 26th September 2026 10:00 am to 1:00 pm This year our annual MacMillan Coffee Morning is being held on Saturday 26th September, starting 10am. This is a well established event for the Case and over the years we have raised many thousands of pounds for this great charity. As always cake donations on the morning are very much welcome and greatly appreciated. More, 8:00 pm: Quiz Night 26th September 2026 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm Test your knowledge against our quiz master. £2 entry per person, maximum team size 6. The winning team receives drinks tokens to spend at the pub, the lowest scoring team get a wooden spoon! The quiz will start at 8pm. Bar opens 6pm. More
