On Saturday 6th December, live music returns again to the Case in the form of local musicians Dave and Martin. They are an acoustic duo – bass, guitar, harmonica and vocals – offering covers of popular songs from the 60s, 70s & 80s performed in their own stylish way plus some originals. You may have caught them at our open mic nights but this time they are here at the Case in their own right, a very professional and popular duo!

The music will begin around 8pm. Earlier in the evening we welcome a return visit by Dolly’s Pizzas who will be serving from their mobile kitchen in the car park. So come early – the bar will open at 5pm – enjoy some tasty pizzas and stay on for the music.

Regular group meeting to discuss the books the group are reading and to extend the range of genres and authors they are familiar with. The book group can usually arrange loan books through the county library, so you don’t have to buy every book ! For more information just come along to any meeting.

Board games can be played any Saturday evening during the winter months, providing there are no other events happening at the pub. Come along and choose from one of our many board games or, if you wish, bring along your own board game.
