			1 11:00 am: New Year's Day Walk New Year's Day Walk 11:00 am on 1st January 2026 This year the New Year’s Day walk will start from the Case is Altered at 11am and last approximately 1 to 2 hours. The pub will be open on your return! Sensible foot wear and waterproofs recommended. All are welcome to join the walk. 19	20	21	22 7:30 pm: Book Group Book Group 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm on 22nd January 2026 Regular group meeting to discuss the books the group are reading and to extend the range of genres and authors they are familiar with. The book group can usually arrange loan books through the county library, so you don’t have to buy every book ! The food is tasty and good value for money. If you’d enjoy a drink with your food, you’re very welcome to collect your takeaway from The Seamaster Fish and Chips Van 41 in the village hall car park then join us at the Case from 6pm (when we open) and eat your meal with us.
