Cask Marque have again awarded the Case a 5* (Excellent) rating in their latest inspection of the quality of our cellar and cask ales.
The cellar was given full marks for all relevant areas during a recent Beer & Cellar Hygiene Audit (BCHA). This covers aspects such as cellar temperature, beer line cleanliness, equipment maintenance, glasswashing cleanliness and hygiene, gas storage and stock rotation amongst other things.
The beers themselves were also awarded full marks for temperature, appearance, aroma, taste and quality as part of Cask Marque’s ‘Beer in the Glass’ audit.
