Star Party, village playing field – 4th Oct (reserve night 29th Nov)

Our friends from the Bentley Playing Field Society have asked us to pass on news of this fascinating event.

“I would like to invite everybody, young or old, to a wonderful opportunity provided to us by the Orwell Astronomical Society to watch the stars through their equipment.

This opportunity is free and is being held on the Bentley Parish Field, Case Lane, Bentley. The Pub have kindly allowed cars to be parked in their car park.

There are two dates for the star party event. Two dates are always arranged in case the first one is cancelled because of bad weather.

Both these dates are near 1st quarter.

Option 1
Saturday 4th October
19:00 to 21:00

Option 2 if the first is cloudy
Saturday 29th November
19:00 to 21:00
